MONTRÉAL DANSE – S’ENVOLER touring Canada. Then Europe…

More than three years after its premiere, S’envoler continues touring and enchanting audiences thanks to its energy and the fluidity of the performers.

Eight performances are being given this winter across Quebec (following shows in Alma and Trois-Rivières, the upcoming performances are : March 18 at Théâtre Hector-Charland in l’Assomption and on March 20 at Maison des Arts de Laval) then from March 27-29 at Vancouver International Dance Festival.

The team has evolved over the years and each performance gives a chance for new discoveries and renewed emotions. Estelle Clareton’s surprising and enthralling choreography, a project of the companies Montréal Danse and Créations Estelle Clareton, will continue travelling around in 2014-2015, including its first trip to Europe.

The show was a hit in Montreal: “Prisms is a show whose images will continue to haunt us” (Local Gestures). “With its playfulness, its delirious soundtrack, its extravagant performers, Prisms is a tremendous piece (…) a synthesis of Lachambre’s vast experience, condensed in one proposition.” (dfdanse). Discover below the press review. Montréal Danse is proud to be collaborating with such an inspiring choreographer who has just been awarded the Grand Prix de la Danse de Montréal.
